The entire network must understand how important it is to grow sales of these Albums, which will boost stamp collecting and introduce young people to the hobby, while also helping the Company to achieve its individual goals.
- PRICE
The price of the 2019 Annual Luxury Album is ninety-five euros (€95.00), including 24% VAT (€76.61 + €18.39). In parts of Greece with a reduced rate of VAT, the price will be eighty-nine euros and sixty-three cents (€89.63), including 17% VAT (€76.61 + €13.02).
- SUPPLY
In accordance with document 1.2.2/567/22 03 2017 of the Supply Department, post offices will initially receive the Album EXCLUSIVELY from Hellenic Post’s Central Warehouse in the Department of Stamps and Small Items.
Because overstocking has previously occurred in a significant number of branches, we would like to reiterate that it is the responsibility of Heads and Managers of branches to ensure that the quantity ordered from the Department of Stamps and Small Items in Athens (101 00 KRYONERI) does not exceed the branch’s sales capacity.
If the initial order runs out, branches should first contact their Central Branch and other branches in their group, prefecture and region for additional copies of the Album.
On the basis of the above, it is recommended that those in charge of Post Offices should prioritise the promotion of these philatelic products, using their discretion to take any appropriate measures to sell as many copies of the Album as possible to individual customers, businesses, organisations, etc., who can give them as gifts on various festive occasions or at other events.
